Cancellation &
No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours — please read our policy before your appointment.

Required Notice Period

We kindly require at least 48 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment without incurring a fee. This applies to all services, including haircuts, colour, treatments and specialty services.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total scheduled service amount.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without any prior notification, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Repeated no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings or affect your ability to schedule.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, which could result in a fee equivalent to a late cancellation (50% of the service).

Deposits & Payment

For certain services (e.g., colour or appointments over a certain length or value), a non-refundable deposit may be required at booking. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, this deposit may be forfeited toward the applicable fee.
